A career without limits

As the nation’s flag carrier, we take great pride in connecting Britain with the world and the world with Britain.

It’s something we’ve been doing for over 100 years, ever since we launched the world’s first international scheduled air service between London and Paris.

This originality has been in our blood since day one. It’s the spirit we share with the people that fly with us, our partners, and our colleagues.

So, whether you are a reassuring voice on the end of a phone, a smile at the door, under a wing keeping the turbines spinning or landing us gently in far-flung places, a job at British Airways is yours to make.

We know great things can happen when you’re inspired to think big and bring your ambition to work every day, which is why, at British Airways the sky is never the limit.

The role: Revenue Delivery Team Leader

You’ll be part of the Revenue Management team within our Commercial Directorate – a function that sits at the heart of how British Airways performs commercially. This team plays a critical role in maximising revenue across our network by ensuring the right price and availability are offered to our customers at the right time. Through insight, data and creative thinking, Revenue Management directly supports the airline’s financial performance and long‑term growth.

As a Revenue Delivery Team Leader, you’ll lead a team responsible for driving revenue outcomes across a defined geographical area, helping British Airways remain competitive in a fast‑moving and dynamic market.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, coach and performance‑manage a team of Revenue Delivery Executives, providing guidance and expertise to deliver optimal commercial results.
  • Review and monitor revenue performance in line with the Revenue Management business cycle, identifying opportunities and leading the implementation of commercial actions across your portfolio of routes or markets.
  • You’ll define and deliver market‑specific commercial strategies, optimising price and availability across seasons and travel periods, while analysing market and competitor performance to spot emerging risks and opportunities. Working closely with key stakeholders including Sales, Network Planning, partner airlines and teams across BA and the wider IAG group,
  • Lead initiatives that drive incremental revenue growth.
  • Manipulate large data sets to uncover insights into customer behaviour, trial and test new revenue initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the systems, processes and ways of working used across the team.

What you’ll bring to British Airways:

You’ll bring strong leadership capability, with the confidence to coach, develop and inspire others to perform at their best. Commercially astute and analytically strong, you’ll use data and insight to inform decisions while balancing detail with the wider strategic picture. You’ll demonstrate a proactive, resilient and adaptable mindset, taking ownership and responding positively to change.
Collaborative and influential, you’ll build strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders, communicate clearly and challenge constructively when needed. You’ll role‑model the British Airways leadership behaviours, acting as an ambassador for both the airline and your team.

Your experience:

  • You’ll have proven experience or education in a highly numerical or analytical field, with strong Excel skills being essential.
  • Experience in data driven commercial decision‑making with strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach to decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong and productive relationships with stakeholders
  • You’ll be comfortable working with large data sets, drawing insights and translating analysis into clear commercial actions in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer:

We believe that all the people who work with us should feel valued for the part they play. It’s one of the reasons our rewards go far beyond a competitive salary.

From the day you join us, you’ll get access to brilliant staff travel benefits including unlimited basic and premium standby tickets on British Airways flights. You’ll also receive up to 30 discounted ‘Hotline’ airfares per year for yourself, friends, and family.

At British Airways you’ll have the chance to take on new challenges and move forward in a way that feels right for you. We encourage all those who work for us to consider opportunities right across our business to help you develop and progress.

We never stand still, and we don’t expect our people to either.

At British Airways we all have a part to play in creating an inclusive place to work. Diverse representation among our people is really important to us and we recognise that all our colleagues are uniquely different and bring their own originality, creativity and identity to work.

Inclusion and diversity is a key driver of innovation and we’re committed to creating a culture where everyone feels that they can be themselves. We’re looking for people from all backgrounds and cultures to join us and be a part of our journey to become a Better BA as we continue to connect Britain with the world and the world with Britain.
