This is where your Cabin Crew journey begins. You’ll develop your natural talent for customer service and provide the very best onboard experiences for our customers across both long-haul and short-haul routes. We’ll help you to be your best, guiding your development into leadership roles across one of the most modern, technologically-advanced, and fuel-efficient fleets in the sky.

Inflight Leads ensure their teams deliver memorable in-flight experiences. You will take the lead role onboard our short-haul flights and be part of the leadership team on our long-haul flights. You’ll support your Inflight Manager and empower your colleagues to provide outstanding service, even on the most demanding of days.

Inflight Managers inspire, motivate, and lead a team of up to 22 Cabin Crew, including Inflight Leads. As a role model for our values, you’ll have a key leadership role that involves many aspects of people management, with opportunities to develop your skills as your journey with British Airways continues.

As a Senior Cabin Crew member, it’s your job to establish and maintain the highest standards of service on board. Customer Service Supervisors are responsible for delivering an impeccable in-flight experience, meeting all our safety standards and at times taking the lead role on board. You’ll be a role model and mentor to all of the crew you interact with in the cabin.

You’ll be in charge of shaping the customer experience on flights to our long-haul destinations. You’ll have a key leadership role, with responsibility for up to 11 Cabin Crew on board. You’ll motivate, coach, and guide Cabin Crew to provide exceptional experiences and amazing moments for our customers, meeting all our safety, security and regulatory requirements in a hospitality environment.

You’ll oversee the customer experience on each flight across both business and economy cabins. You’ll have a key leadership role, ensuring your team of four Cabin Crew deliver the premium British Airways service that BA Euroflyer customers know and love. You’ll coach and guide every one of them to provide exceptional experiences.
