Accessibility statement

We want to make sure our recruitment process is as accessible as possible so that anyone can apply for a position at British Airways. That means we’re always working to make our careers website easier to use and more accessible.

What are we doing?

To help us make our website a positive place for everyone, we've been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user-friendly for everyone.

The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA, and AAA). We have chosen Level AA as the target for our website.

Our progress so far

We're working hard to achieve our goal, but we realise that some areas still need improving. We’re continuing to update and monitor the website regularly as we make progress towards our AA target, but if you do find any problems then please get in touch with us at bacareerswebsite@ba.com.
