British Airways Cabin Crew are responsible for providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable travel experience for customers. As ambassadors for the airline, Cabin Crew deliver world-class customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Before each flight, Cabin Crew participate in safety briefings and prepare the aircraft cabin, ensuring all equipment is operational and the cabin meets regulatory and company standards. They welcome passengers onboard, assist with seating and baggage, and deliver safety demonstrations to ensure passengers understand emergency procedures.

During the flight, Cabin Crew provide food and beverage service, support passengers with requests, and create a positive onboard environment. They are trained to handle a wide range of situations, including medical emergencies, security issues, and operational disruptions, always prioritising passenger safety and wellbeing.

Cabin Crew must work closely as part of a team, often across long hours and varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and international travel. The role requires resilience, adaptability, and a strong commitment to delivering a premium customer experience aligned with British Airways’ brand and service standards.
