Fleet Support Administrator (FSA)

This role primarily carries out a variety of administrative and clerical duties to assist in the functioning of the department. The role predominately supports the delivery of departmental objectives and is expected to deal with internal areas of British Airways and external suppliers. The engineering business support role can operate within all areas of the directorate and has a core set of accountabilities, which are applicable to all business units..

This change has helped to create a position for a new Fleet Support Administrator (FSA) to join our team, supporting our Shift Managers and Satellite Teams in the running of the FSU operation.

What you’ll do

Your focus will be to carry out a range of administrative duties to assist in the functioning of the department. The duties will include recording and analysing data, drafting formal letters, and working collaboratively with internal and external customers to coordinate appointments.

You can truly make this role your own, by being proactive and using your initiative in a wide range of tasks.

  • Education to Level 2 or equivalent/relevant experience

Who you will work with

Duty Shift Manager (your line manager), Satellite Engineers, Fleet Planning Administrator, BAHS, Business Managers in Engineering.
